Avery Dennison organises training sessions
Avery Dennison (India) Pvt Limited recently
organised a training sessions in Mumbai,
Bangalore and New Delhi, steered by David
Newman, Avery Dennison technical support
manager South Asia - based in Sydney,
Australia. The training was divided in three
sessions, viz applicator training; end-user
interactions; and converter/printer product &
technical training.
The applicator training involved live car wrap
training, explaining how to apply wrap on glass
windows and flat panels. Over 20 applicators
and converting companies owners attended
the session.
The end-user interactions was a 90-minute
presentation showcasing latest Avery products
and other innovative things for various
applications like car/truck wraps, building
graphics, window film applications, floor graphics,
digital printing, regular and new kind of signages
to end-users. And was attended by 30 people.
And the converter/printer product and
technical training is a 2.5-hour session planned
in each city involving deeper details about
latest and regular products of Avery. It covered
technical issues faced, while digitally printing
or pasting and how to resolve these. This
session was attended by over 30 sign shop
owners and printers.
