Enhanced Service Programme for VUTEk superwide printers

EFI has developed an Enhanced Service Programme (ESP) designed to customise support to meet a wide range of customer needs for its VUTEk product line of superwide dye sublimation, solvent and UV inkjet printers. This three-tiered contractual programme is available from January 2008 to both existing and new VUTEk customers.

According to Bart Kulesz, vice president of customer support, EFI VUTEk, “The ESP for the VUTEk product line enables us to customise service programmes to meet specific customer needs, maximising uptime and productivity, while better controlling costs for EFI and its customers.

The new ESP will offer three tiers of service response time to better align service levels with customer requirements and geographic locations such as Critical, which offers a service response time within 8 business hours, Proactive provides service within 16 business hours and Essential ensures that a service technician will arrive within 24 business hours.
