SIGN SOLUTIONS - Balaji Sign & Graphics
- A complete signage material provider

Delhi-based Balaji Sign & Graphics (BSG), a leading signage materials provider, has established itself firmly in the market with its strong logistic support and product focused approach. While conversing with Sign & Graphics, Gaurav Sharma of BSG revealed his views and objectives about his company. Excerpts…

"To be a leading competitive trading company by setting high standards in the industry and to achieve excellence through quality, competitive orientation, and teamwork” – with this vision in mind, Balaji Sign & Graphics (BSG) has come a long way. They have become one of the most trusted suppliers in the industry with strong strategic approach and continuous improvement in management and operational efficiency as well as optimization of systems.

They emphasize customer values and strive for long term, mutual beneficial relationship with customers. And to serve them better, the company’s product offerings cover the entire gamut of signage requirements, which include laminations, backlit and banner, sign making films (cast and calendered), and monomeric films for screen and solvent printers. “We have aggressive plans for promoting Avery Dennison product line. As a marketing oriented company with strong presence in North India, we will be focusing on new product development as well,” Gaurav told.

To provide the highest level of service to customers in order to build a trustworthy and long lasting relationship, BSG has a 24-hr material availability scheme to fulfill the requirements of their customers. The company is also very keen to educate its customers about the right quality products, for which they have established a “knowledge center.” For local presence, they have started one in Paharganj, New Delhi and are planning to launch more centers in Jaipur, Lucknow and Punjab in near future. There is a lot of knowledge gap for the customers to understand the products, and they believe that these centers will definitely reduce this gap and help to respond very quickly to the customers’ queries.

Having separate team for screen and solvent printing product line, the company has always given importance to latest innovations. They introduced automotive and other replacement market product line to cater screen printers. The new range of Avery materials like vinyls, frontlit banner and backlit flex has been introduced recently. For solvent printers, they introduced floor graphics films, lamination films, vehicle wrapping films and other special range of product line. Other major focus for them will be on corporate specification business wherein they specify the Avery products in banking, telecommunication, retail chains, consumer durables, FMCG, petroleum and many more.

The prime objective of the company is growth, both with principles and customers. “It is our responsibility to ensure reliable supply and flexibility to all our customers and vendors. Balaji Sign & Graphics adds significant value by continuously improving its supply chain management and growing its trading business together,” said Gaurav on a concluding note.
