Lisco Systems ties up with Aptech Digital for eastern expansion

Look east! This is what Lisco Systems has been into as a new step to expand its footprint in the eastern Indian market. To accomplish the move the company has strategically partnered with Kolkata-based Aptech Digital which will distribute a line of highly versatile entry to high level Gongzheng printers in the region.

Aptech Digital in Kolkata is one of the trusted names in the eastern Indian digital large-format printing market. Since its inception in the year 2003 the company has gained the reputation of being a one-stop provider of digital large-format machines and printing solutions. The company has joined hands with Lisco Systems for distributing an array of Gongzheng printers across the eastern Indian regions of West Bengal, Odisha, North-East as well as some neighbouring areas like Bihar and Jharkhand.

Aptech Digital has a stock of Gongzheng printers, both entry and high level models, from Lisco Systems. The portfolio includes Gongzheng AC1802UVZ roll-to-roll UV and Thunderjet AC1601S eco-solvent printers as well as new Gongzheng C3204SGPlus, GZM3204SG, and GZH3206SG solvent printers with Starfire 1024 printheads.

He continues, “Gongzheng GZM3204SG has been the most demanded solvent printer in the region. This printer is equipped with six Starfire printheads in three rows, capable to deliver sharp graphics in 600×800 dpi at the speed of 170 sq m/hr.” However, this printer is designed to run flexibly at the highest speed of 375 sq m to deliver print graphics in 300×400 dpi.

So far, Aptech Digital has installed more than 20 Gongzheng machines across the region.

Xantè announces new roll-to-roll cut capability for X-55, X-98 UV flatbeds

Xanté has announced the upcoming launch of its new 48” roll-fed attachment and multi-use cutter for X-55 and X-98 UV flatbed printers, available from June 1, 2023. The roll-fed attachment can accommodate rolls up to 48 inches in width, making it an ideal solution for UV printing of large-format graphics and signage. The multi-use cutter takes advantage of the convenient flatbed design to cut a variety of media, including vinyl, acrylic, paper, and more, providing users with increased versatility and flexibility in their Xanté UV printing systems.This development is in response to increasing customer requests to give greater capability and flexibility to their UV flatbed investment. Although not an automated system, this capability allows Xanté customers without UV roll systems to gain that flexibility without the need for increased capital investment.
