Overath-based ASLAN, a leading developer, manufacturer and marketer of specialised self-adhesive films for sign making, digital printing, stencil films, graphic designs for interiors and films for book protection, will be acquired by the POLI-TAPE GROUP, Remagen-based manufacturer of retro-reflective textile transfer films. ASLAN is a 70 years old company, which is internationally expanding. The company produces niche products of consistently high quality. This acquisition of ASLAN by POLI-TAPE will secure the long-term future of this growing and successful enterprise.

After the acquisition, the ‘ASLAN’ brand will remain the same. The company’s Overath-Untereschbach site will also be maintained and all employees will be retained.
