Unique Sign Innovations unveils handful of highly versatile Keundo and Yaselan UV machines at Sign India Chennai 2022

Among the newly launched UV machines was Keundo SQ-2500H hybrid UV printer equipped with RICOH Gen 5/Gen 6 printheads. Ali says this 2,5 hybrid UV system is flexible and designed for affordable all round printing. It features with White Ink and Varnish Option for printing on roll and rigid media in 5pl to 40pl, delivering graphics in 2400 dpi resolution.
Another launch from Unique Sign Innovations at the expo was a new Pioneer Series from Yaselan—True Flatbed G2513/3020. The linear motion servo drive UV machine is also equipped with RICOH Gen 5/Gen 6 printheads. The machine’s minimized 5pl droplet size and improved jetting accuracy yields excellent graphic print quality without graininess.
In addition to the UV machines, Unique Sign Innovations presented a line of other highly acclaimed printers at the show, such as YiliJet XENONS high-speed eco-solvent printer, equipped with EPSON inkjet piezo printhead technology. Ali mentions that this 1.6 m eco-solvent system features powerful IR dryer and VSDT printing technology with drop dots from 2.5pl to 2.7pl.
Yet another big showcase from the company at the expo was also from the YiliJet XENONS family—Smart 1.6m/1.92m UV Roll-to-Roll (RTR) printer for easier and faster print production. It features RICOH Gen 5/EPSON i3200 printheads. With White Ink option, this YiliJet XENONS RTR UV system can customize printhead configuration up to CMYKcLm/WW for higher quality and more functions.
