IPAMA announces COVID special discounts for PRINTPACK INDIA 2021

Considering the adverse impact of COVID-19 pandemic, the Governing Council of IPAMA (Indian Printing Packaging and Allied Machinery Manufacturers’ Association) has revised the dates of the 15th edition of its flagship event PRINTPACK INDIA as December 20-24. The council has considered extending relief to space charges for exhibitors to subdue the pandemic impact.

After the announcement of the new dates, the Governing Council of IPAMA had deliberated with a view to extending maximum relief so that more exhibitors could participate in the exhibition. Accordingly, the 117th Meeting of the IPAMA Governing Council was physically organised on March 22, 2021 in which the members considered extending relief to space charges to subdue the impact of overall COVID-19 crisis and lockdowns.

Keeping in view of the relevant factors and intricacies, a bold decision was taken by the Governing Council of IPAMA that the exhibitors should be charged minimum space rentals, only to meet the basic requirements of the exhibition. Accordingly, the council had approved the following discounts on the basic rates for participation in the 15th edition of PRINTPACK INDIA with concurrent show India Sign & LED Expo 2021, which is scheduled to be held from December 20-24 at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR.

Apart from providing the above mentioned discounts, IPAMA may also favourably consider extending some complimentary services to exhibitors and business visitors during the exhibition.

IPAMA gratefully acknowledges the overwhelming response from the industry to participate in the PRINTPACK INDIA 2021 in this unprecedented time of pandemic and market slowdown. More than 70 percent show floor has already been booked as of now. Most of the major players in the industry have also remitted the requisite amount for 15th edition of PRINTPACK INDIA.

In the 15th PRINTPACK INDIA, all services will be available online. The registration portals have been developed for convenience of both exhibitors and trade visitors. Exhibitors can book the space after remitting the participation charges. After the remittance, they can select the hall and stall as per their choice. They can download receipts/invoices and can also place orders for additional services and others. Visitors can fix-up their meetings with exhibitors online. The portal will be functional soon on the official website of IPAMA.
