Messe Frankfurt India announces new dates for first Delhi edition of Screen Print India

With an aim to help businesses re-connect and strengthen supply chains now gradually re-opening, Messe Frankfurt India has announced new dates for the Delhi edition of Screen Print India 2020. The maiden edition of the expo in the capital city was originally scheduled in March and now rescheduled to be held from December 17–19, 2020 at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR, concurrently with GartexTexprocess India 2020.

With the implementation of unlock phases by the government, businesses in India are slowly starting to re-open doors. At this juncture, the debut Delhi edition of Screen Print India 2020 alongside the GartexTexprocess India 2020 will be prolific platform that plays a key role in analysing the current market demands and a barometer indicating where the sectors like screen, textile, digital and dye-sublimation sectors are heading to.

Working together in close consultation with sector players and industry associations, Messe Frankfurt India has announced the new dates for the first Delhi edition of Screen Print India aiming to provide a secure business environment allowing everyone to re-connect, explore new market demands and re-build the lost tracks of their supply chains.

During one of the webinars focused on ‘Embracing Change in Current Business Models to Stay Relevant’ Dharminder Biharie, CEO, BizzModell emphasised that in the post-corona period, the screen and digital printing industry will see a comfortable growth as there will be an increase in demand from graphic art companies and other sectors including packaging and label manufacturing, especially in metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and others.

The debut edition of Screen Print India 2020 in Delhi-NCR will bring the latest trends and advancements in terms of machines and technologies across all the sectors under one roof. The expo will have leading manufacturing brands conducting live demos of their latest products and technological competencies which business visitors and traders can witness during the three days of the event. Concerning the current situation, the exhibition will play a critical role in bringing together all key industry players for knowledge-exchange sessions on topics related to the graphic arts industry and new market trends.

Excellence awards

On the sidelines of Screen Print India 2020, there will be the Screen Print Excellence Awards 2020 which is designed to recognise those leading path-breakers and technology inventors in the screen printing industry. The awards will also provide a platform to feature a special ‘SPI Sample Gallery’ where a handful of award-winning works revolving around screen printing excellence will be showcased.
