Future of wallpaper printing envisaged at PRINTSCAPE 2025

Ahmedabad-headquartered Arrow Digital—a 360o printing solution provider for diverse printing domains including the signage sector—has organised PRINTSCAPE 2025, a first-of-its-kind event that focuses on the prospects of wallpaper printing and interior décors. Collaboratively powered by Canon and Fotoba, the day-long event was held on September 2 at Arrow Digital Innovation Centre in Ahmedabad, attended by a host of industry leaders comprising Arrow Digital’s partners, peers, and longstanding loyal clients.

In this opening remark at PRINTSCAPE 2025, Sam Patel, Founder & Director, Arrow Digital Pvt Ltd, confidently proclaimed the growing prospects of wallpaper industry. Arrow is an authorised India distributor of Canon Colorado. Stephanie Fitinghoff, Senior Manager, Regional Commercial & Industrial Printing Division, Canon Singapore Pte Ltd, said they currently grow massive in the wallpaper sector with Colorado that utilises UVgel technology to produce high-quality and extra-durable graphics.

Italian company Fotoba, a globally-acclaimed manufacturer of high-precision finishing machines, has teamed up with Canon at Arrow Digital for trimming wallpapers. Luca Bruson, Vice President, Marketing at Fotoba International and Giacomo Alberto, Sales & Marketing Expert at Fotoba International, stated that the ongoing Fotoba-Colorado collaboration keeps human intervention away.

In the session titled ‘From Print to Power’, Virendra Singh Shekhawat, Director of Rivee Designs Pvt Ltd, shared his story on how Canon Colorado is revolutionising wallpaper printing, enabling them to deliver stunning interior designs in unmatched precision, durability, and creativity. Subsequently, Ketan Das from 3M India presented the way 3M Graphics Warranty plays a key role in ensuring long-lasting, high-quality wallpaper printing with Canon Colorado. Neeraj Shah, Founder of IDO Design, demonstrated the merging of innovative designs and digital printing for creating magic of interior graphics to branding. He said the global wallpaper paper market is growing, so is in India.

In the session titled ‘Walls That Speak’, Vishwa M, Regional Sales Head at Avery Dennison, narrated the proficiency and innovation of Avery materials using in transformation of spaces into fresh and cosy environments with extraordinary design statements. Tamim Mandsaurwala, Managing Director of Excel Home Décor, shared his insights and expertise about redefining wallpaper printing and interior décors using Colorado. He highlighted the power of print in transforming spaces with creativity, customisation, and innovation. Marta Naranowicz, AI & UVgel Trainer at Caro Group joined the event virtually.

Moderated by Ambika Yadav, Founder of Print Indiapreneur, a panel discussion revolved around the trends in digital printing technology, emphasising innovation, design, and sustainability in the wallpaper sector.
