Unfolding path-breaking display and promotional solutions and latest sign-making technologies and materials, Media Expo 2025 Mumbai hosted more than 135 exhibitors. The exhibitors presented wide varieties of innovations in terms of machines, materials, technologies, innovations, and market trends during the three-day expo held on April 10–12, 2025 at Bombay Exhibition Centre (BEC), Mumbai.

Marking its milestone 54th edition, Media Expo Mumbai 2025 buzzed with good crowds and magnificent showcases of the latest products and technologies. Present at the inaugural session of the show were some of the industry’s prominent dignitaries including Girvir Singh Negi, Owner, Negi Sign Systems & Supplies Co; Yatinsinh Vaghela, MD, Lisco Systems Pvt Ltd; Saurabh Sehdev, Director, True Colors Solutions & Technologies India Private Limited; Vitesh K Sharma, Country Manager – Large Format Business – IBSL, HP India Sales Pvt Ltd; Ramakant Mandhana, Founder, Laxmi Sales Corporation; Sumit Dev, Director, Britomatics India Pvt Ltd; and Winston Pereira, Executive Director, Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India Pvt Ltd.

Among the showstoppers at Media Expo 2025 Mumbai, Cosign India pulled crowds to a range of its key products and solutions among which two were new—E-Art and i-Sign. Tejasa Purandare, Director of Cosign India Ltd, mentioned that E-Art is a modern, smart and sustainable digital art display solution allowing for easy content updates. Likewise, i-Sign display profiles are highly advanced to make framed large panels, and arts virtually without edges. MIMAKI India demonstrated its new CJV200-160, a game changing signage printer, among others. Kenichiro (Ken) Seki, Managing Director of MIMAKI India Pvt Ltd, stated that show is a perfect platform for connecting with channel partners, clients, prospects, and all.

Sun Sign & Technologies, showcasing its range of innovative and versatile products, pulled crowds during the expo. Deepak Gupta, Director, Sun Sign & Technologies, informed, “Among the key products we showcase, PE Media range which provides tremendous options for gloss, matte finishes and others for unique graphic applications.” Negi Sign Systems & Supplies Co demonstrated some of its flagship products including the Mutoh XpertJet 1641SR Pro, 461UF, NegiJet UV flatbed, among others. Shaurya G Negi of Negi Sign Systems & Supplies Co said the show pulls highly trade visitors.

Co-exhibited with Negi Sign Systems & Supplies Co was its ink partner Nazdar. Dr Jon Bardley, Vice President – Coding & Marking and EMEALA Sales, informs that it has been great experience to be part of the show with Negi. As always, Canopus Imaging Systems India Pvt. Ltd. attracted crowds on all three days of the show and sold seven units of its ever-demanding VEGA and CYGNUS printers. Deborshi Paul Choudhury (Debu), Director at Canopus Imaging Systems India Pvt. Ltd., appreciated the show as the right platform for boosting business.

Showing a line of its flagship products including the two highly advanced and efficient UV roll-to-roll printers such as ENZO-32 UV and Blaze roll-to-roll printers with EPSON T3200 printheads, Mehta Hitech Industries revealed the new potential and possibilities of UV printing. Shailesh Mehta, Director of Mehta Hitech Industries Limited, mentioned the UV printing solutions they presented are powered by the EPSON T3200 printhead. Caldron-Chenbang Inks in collaboration with Galaxy International presented a finest range of range of solvent & eco-solvent inks. Rajat Mitra, Director of Caldron Chenbang Inks Private Limited, said the inks have set a new benchmark of quality in the Indian market.

Colors Digital India (CDI) unveiled three new printers during the show—a solvent printer with RICOH Gen5 and Gen6 printheads and two new UV DTF printers. Tejinder Singh, Director of Colors Digital India (CDI) Pvt. Ltd. stated that the machines are upgraded models with advanced features and capabilities. Kheizer Trading Company demonstrated its K-bend series and CO2 tubes which mark the utmost efficiency in channel letter bending and laser cutting.

EPSON India demonstrated an eco-system of digital signage, photo, and DTF printing solutions with the launch of a new SureColor SC-9130. Amit Sehgal, Senior Manager, LFP – Sales & Marketing, EPSON India Pvt Ltd, said the show has given them the opportunity to connect with those who need EPSON’s widest product portfolio. Monotech Systems Limited showcased its own Pixeljet range of digital large-format printing systems including UV flatbed and others. Manoj Garg, General Manager–Wide Format Graphics, Monotech Systems Limited, said that the show brought the right trade visitors who are the company’s existing clients as well as new prospects. Another crowd pulling exhibitor Lisco Systems at the show demonstrated versatile Gongzheng systems including the newly launched GZM32KM Pro and inks. Yatinsinh Vaghela, Director, Lisco Systems Private Limited, said they receive good response from visitors.

Kromodyne Digital Solutions (KDS), formerly called Skytek Technologies Pvt Ltd, announced the company’s dealership of Xeikon and Agfa printing materials in the Indian market. Santosh Nair, Director at Kromodyne Digital Solutions, said they are grateful to be first introducer of these brands of high-end media. Metamark announced the introduction of some new materials during the show. About the new architectural materials from the company, Tom Recce, Commercial Lead–Architectural, Metamark said the new products will be game changer.

Besides the printing machines and materials, what it brought heterogeneity to the show was the presence of exhibitors like Pantone. “Everybody in the industry needs to know the universal language of colours. That’s why we are here to let everybody aware of it,” states SS Shalgoankar (Sam), Regional Sales & Marketing Manager, Pantone, South East Asia. In a big way, HP India launched all-in-one compact HP Latex R530 printer. Vitesh Sharma, Country Head – India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka for Large Format Printing Business, HP said the all-in-one compact printer is designed to simplify rigid and flexible printing, offering high-quality results without requiring substantial investments or complex setups.

Other key exhibitors at the show were Gildo Profilati, ADS LED, Interone, Gita & Co,

FUJIFILM India, ORAFOL, Apsom Technologies, Neenjas, among others. Taking the audience engagement to the next level, the also had ‘Wrap Masterclass – Vehicle Branding Live-in-Action’ by 3M India and others on the sidelines of the show. Next edition of Media Expo 2025 will be on October 9–11, 2025 at Bharat Mandapam (Pragati Maidan), New Delhi.
