Bharat Print Expo 2025 gets on a good start as an overwhelming debut edition
All India Federations of Master Printers (AIFMP) in association with ReEnvision Events Private Limited and Karnataka State Printers Association as co-organiser have organised Bharat Print Expo 2025 as a successful maiden edition. The total print & packaging converting exhibition was held from April 24–26, 2025 at BIEC in Bengaluru, hosted a bunch of prominent exhibitors exhibiting arrays of revolutionary products and technologies including a few digital large-format printing solutions.
Grand opening of Bharat Print Expo 2025 was marked with the presence of a galaxy of dignitaries from the printing and packaging sectors and allied domains, which included MG Balakrishna, President of Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FKCCI) as Chief Guest; Anil Arora, President of ReEnvision Events Private Limited; Satish Malhotra, President of AIFMP; Ashok Kumar, President of Karnataka State Printers Association; Peter Anil Lego, President of Karnataka Offset Printers Association (KOPA), among others.
At the inaugural session of Bharat Print Expo 2025, MG Balakrishna in his keynote address stated that the expo is not merely an exhibition but a profound platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and grabbing the latest developments in machinery, technologies, and products across the printing and packaging industries. Three days of the exhibition pulled good crowds, with many deals being sealed by exhibitors from all over India.
Amid the exhibitors showing the trend-setting cutting-edge machines and technologies, a host of them revealed some groundbreaking digital large-format printing solutions for printing and crafting signage and promotional display graphics. Mehta Hitech Industries presented its Rex 1325D digital cutting system, Presto direct-to-packaging printer, RT-2513 UV flatbed for signage graphics. Diwakar Mishra, National. Sales Manager, Mehta Hitech Industries Limited, said the exhibition is debuted on the right note. “Our demonstration of the key products at the show signifies a provision of proving competing printing and post-printing solutions,” mentioned Diwakar.
Viswanath Enterprises, an authorized dealer of MIMAKI India in south, pulled tremendous crowds to its stall where they introduced an all new MIMAKI CJV200 Series eco-solvent print & cut machine for the south market. “The new MIMAKI machine we introduce at the expo is bundled with 3 years complete warranty,” informed Viswanath Yedru, Managing Director of Viswanath Enterprises.
Presenting an eco-system of digital printing & print finishing machines and equipment, Monotech Systems Limited strikingly showcased Pixeljet mini UV flatbed, MIMAKI UJV100-160Plus, and Canon imagePROGRAF TM 5350 for those who come to the company’s stall, looking for latest machines and technologies for signage and large-format graphic prints. Akash Kumar, Marketing Head, Monotech Systems Limited, said the company’s own brand Pixeljet mini UV flatbed is an entry-level system designed for corporate gifts, mementoes, POP/POS graphics, etc.
Another attractive showcase was carried out by EPSON India which showcased a full portfolio of machines comprising SureColor SC-P7530, SC-T3130N, WorkForce Enterprise AM C600, WorkForce Pro EM C8100, among others for printing a vast gamut of graphics and applications, either for signage displays or commercial prints like marketing collaterals. Amit Sehgal, Deputy General Manager, EPSON India Pvt Ltd, said the expo is well organised with good footfalls of focused trade visitors.
Canon India was another exhibitor which presented a wide range of products and solutions comprising imagePROGRAF GI-5265 and TX-5320 large-format printers, alongside a string of commercial printing systems such as imageRUNNER 2224N digital press and others. Sanee Chaurasiya, Senior Sales Manager, Information Management, Partner Business Centre, Canon India Pvt Ltd said the expo pulls perfectly mixed and potential crowds.
Underlining the rapid advancement of the Indian printing and packaging conversion industry, driven by the constant adoptions of digital printing, automation, and intelligent workflow solutions, Bharat Print Expo 2025 was concluded with a resounding success. Despite being a debut edition, the expo received commendations from both the exhibitors and trade visitors. Next and second edition of Bharat Print Expo is scheduled to take place from April 27-29, 2026 at Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai.
