Silicon Infotech’s installations surge from Mumbai to Goa

An authorised India representative of HandTop and MIMAKI in western region, Silicon Infotech keeps expanding its machine installation base by roping in new and its longstanding loyal customers who invest in latest machine models. Here’s a spotlight on the company’s latest installations taken place at Rivee Designs and Prince Digi Graphics in Mumbai and Abhinav Advertising in Goa.

It has not only been the machines but also their amiable post-sales service for which Silicon Infotech is widely acknowledged among customers. “As on today, our production facility is equipped with four UV hybrid & roll-to-roll printers and an eco-solvent printer from Silicon Infotech, which means four HandTop units and a MIMAKI unit. Of the HandTop printers, one is just being added,” tells Virendra Singh Shekhawat, Director, Rivee Designs Private Limited. He adds, “Equipment can be acquired from any source, but not the incomparable service support we receive from Silicon Infotech.”

Backed by a team of 100 skilled and experienced professionals, Rivee Designs is a creative design company engaged in marketing of products like Wallpapers, Blinds, Curtains & Upholstery through a vast retail distribution network spread across the country. They print wallpapers and blind range on the HandTop, MIMAKI, and other eco-friendly printers installed at Spinn Décor which is their production & distribution division. The magnificent five printers from Silicon Infotech now set a new benchmark of quality & sustainability printing. The printers are: two units of 1.8m HandTop conveyor roll-to-roll UV; a unit of 3.2m HandTop high-speed roll-to-roll UV; a unit of 3.2m HandTop Turbo high-speed UV hybrid; and a unit of MIMAKI JV-330 160 high-speed eco-solvent. Both the 1.8m and 3.2m printers are opted for embossed, spot UV and foiling applications.

Yet another valued customer of Silicon Infotech in Mumbai, Prince Digi Graphics is adopter of the latest 4-row HandTop HT 2512 UV flatbed with RICOH Gen6 printheads. “Having been in the market specialising in UV flatbed printing for catering unique and outstanding graphic applications, our newly chosen HandTop flatbed printer from Silicon Infotech is a game changer for us to print on rigid materials for stunning graphic displays and promotional solutions,” says Manmohan Singh, Director, Prince Digi Graphics.

Manmohan adds that the newly installed HandTop HT 2512 UV flatbed in their facility is creating new and outstanding applications using a vast range of materials such as aluminum composite panels, acrylic sheets, and many other unconventional rigid media. Heading towards Goa, Silicon Infotech has recently installed a 3.2m HandTop UV hybrid with RICOH Gen6 printheads at Abhinav Advertising. Telling about the new printer, Surendra Singh, Proprietor of Abhinav Advertising, remarks, “This highly advanced and capable new UV hybrid printer in our facility has changed the way we produce signage & display graphics solutions. It enables us to work creatively and innovatively with diverse printing materials like canvas, tiles, acrylic sheets, etc, for delivering a whole new range of unconventional print applications.”

Established in 2004 as Abhinav Arts when extensively engaging in manual painting jobs for signage graphics, it thus rebranded into Abhinav Advertising in 2009 when started running a full line of printing, laser engraving, and CNC routing machines. “Today, our facility is fully equipped with a line of advanced and high-end machines, including the recently installed HandTop UV hybrid printer from Silicon Infotech, which empowers us to take care of various turnkey signage projects,” mentions Surendra.
