Media Expo 2025 New Delhi Receives New Energy & Engagements Across All Segments
Organised by Messe Frankfurt Trade Fairs India, Media Expo 2025 New Delhi, held on October 3–5 at Bharat Mandapam (Pragati Maidan), turned out to be a stirring edition with increasing number of trade visitors and new exhibitors engaging with new energy for fresh business expansions and innovative signage solutions. Innovations and modern sign solutions encompassing both print and non-printed (digital display) solutions.
Buzzing with innovations and excitement from start to finish across the show floor on three days of the show, New Delhi edition of Media Expo 2025 witnessed a host of exhibitors, which consist of the industry’s big names and brands, exhibited the latest products and solutions. Among the big crowd-pullers was Negi Sign Systems & Supplies Co, which announced new excitement of Mutoh Xperjet with free ink. Shaurya Negi of Negi Sign Systems & Supplies Co said they showcased the 3.2m model for the first time in the expo, which received tremendous response.
Excitement gathered at the stall of Sun Sign & Technologies was for cementing new ties with new partners. Deepak Gupta, Director, Sun Sign & Technologies Pvt Ltd, said we got the opportunity to connect with new partners during the show. On other side was a heavily crowded stall of Cosign India. “Truly unconventional, we release REPLANA, a material made of 100% recycled content. This is an all new excitement while solving urgent environmental and social challenges,” said Tejasa Purandare, Executive Director, Cosign India Pvt Ltd.
Among the big launches, Unique Sign Innovation unveiled LANQI UV double-side printer. Mohammed Ali, Managing Director, Unique Sign Innovations, said they felt honoured to invite his mentor and founder of Negi Sign Systems & Supplies Co, Girvir Singh Negi, to launch the all new high-end UV printer. Another crowd-pulling new launch took place at Kheizer Sign’s stall where introduced a new K-S300H/500 and K-H-300/H-500 Laser Welding machine. Riyaz Siddique, Director, Kheizer Sign said the machine is built based on the technology from the UK, overmatching the traditional arc welding and stannum mechanism.
All excitement gathered at MIMAKI India’s stall during the show was the sealing multiple deals for the JV200 -160, which has revised its warranty from 3 to 3+1, which means 4 years now! Kenichiro (Ken) Seki, Managing Director, MIMAKI India, said they confirmed near about five bookings of the model till the second day of the show. At the core of Coresigns’ exhibit at the show was the new way of shop-fitting solutions, which pulled attention of every trade visitor on the isles of the show floor. Karan Arora, Founder & CEO, Coresigns LLP, said the product reflects how POS solutions work in a new way.
Silicon Infotech, running the live demo of the flagship HandTop HT 2512 UV flatbed with RICOH Gen6 printheads, appeared amid all as a show-stopper. “It’s not only the machine but also the embossed and foil effect applications produced on it that pulled attention of huge crowds during the show,” said Krunal Jivani, Business Partner at Silicon Infotech. Colors Digital India (CDI), which demonstrated its new, upgraded, and highly economical range of new flatbed and roll-to-roll UV printers, also attentively presented rack-full of quality spares. Tejinder Singh, Director, Color Digital India (CDI), stated that the instantaneously availability of standard spare parts is the need of the hour.
As always, Mehta Hitech Industries at a huge well-crafted stall demonstrated an array of machines for every bit of purpose and application. Shailesh Mehta, Director of Mehta Hitech Industries Limited, said the presentation signifies an offer of whole printing, CNC routing, laser engraving, and more, at one place. Among the machines displayed at the company’s stall was the TITAN RC 1536 with Seiko Recirculation printhead launched new at the show. Satyam Plastics at its colossal stall presented lines of flagship products comprising its own MLK, ORAFOL, and Aerolam Bubble Guards materials. Dixit Kalra, Director, Satyam Plastics, informed that the show pulled the right and highly potential crowds.
Infinity Digital Solutions, which impressively demonstrated flagship line of Docan and MIMAKI machines, appeared to be one of the crowd-pulling exhibitors among all. Deepak Wadhwa, Director, Infinity Digital Solutions (IDS) Pvt Ltd, said the crowd gathered at their stall is attracted to Docan and other systems which have been choices of corporate clients and big brands.
New at the show Narshing Dass Group (NDG) showcased synthetic papers and PVC-free COSMO range of signage media. “We are just landed in the signage domain with a plan to get into a wide penetration with quality printable and sustainable materials,” said Raj Upadhyay of NDG. Cosmic, a materials company, also marked a remarkable presence. “We partner with big brands like 3M, Avery Dennison, ORACAST, etc. Our plan is to poise as one-stop supplier of premium printable media for standout projects. Metamark’s presence at Adtya Impex’s stall pulled crowd to the former’s presentation of innovative and unconventional applications. Likewise, Astariglas, an acrylic sheet company flaunted its premium products with channel partners across the show floor.
Lisco Systems presented a line of its flagship Gongzheng printers among which key attraction was the Gongzheng GZM3204ET/2ET solvent inkjet printer, which is equipped with the genuine EPSON T3200-U3-S printheads with 6pL. Yatinsinh Vaghela, Director, Lisco Systems Private Limited, said they received a lot of enquiries and some bookings of the machine have been finalised. Gildo Profilati, a leading Italian profiles extrusion machine company, which teamed up with Kheizer Sign as channel partner, introduced trim caps for channel letters at the show.
Varun S, Manager, JX Enterprise said the show this year in the capital city edition has newer crowds and exhibitors, comparatively better than the erstwhile editions. Key products on showcase at the stall of JX Enterprise were Pixy U4 DTF, Gongzheng Thunderjet, C-Plus, and AQ1602S. Daksh Enterprises, yet another massive crowd puller at the show, demonstrated 20 machines running live on all three days of the show. Tajuddin Siddiqui, Manager, Daksh Enterprises said they demonstrated 5 CNC routers, 5 laser marking machines, 4 channel letter bending machines, 3 laser engravers, and 3 eco-solvents.
Taneja Digital Solutions, showing its range of LX Hausys, LUCOLED, and more, poised as one of the most crowded stalls at the show. Rohit Taneja, Founder, Taneja Digital Solutions, stated that the show witnessed many remarkable moments for them, among which is the announcement of the company’s distributorship for LUCOLED India’s products in North Indian. Among the big and impressive new launches of machines at the show, Monotech Systems Limited unpacked the PiexlJet Neon Series printer, redefining wide-format printing in a newer colour gamut which does not mean for signage but also for décor graphics in unique textures. Manoj Garg, Industrial & Decor Printing Consultant, Inkjet Technology Expert, Signage, Textile, Business Head – WFG (Wide Format Graphics) at Monotech Systems Limited said the response they received to the new Neon system is overwhelming.
Demonstrating the new advantages and possibilities of Allwin and Yueming systems, Newclear Technologies impressed crowds. Ajesh Kumar, Managing Director, Newclear Technologies, they have benchmarked the authenticity of Allwin standards with unique features which are inimitable. EPSON India showcased its whole eco-solvent, resin, and UV lines, starting from 4-colour up to 10-colour models. Attention of crowd pulled to the new flagship 11-colour SureColor S9130, a 64” eco-solvent printer. Amit Sehgal, Deputy General Manager, LFP–Sales & Marketing, EPSON India Pvt Ltd, stated that the 11-colour machine is an epitome of vivid colours comprising Red, Orange, and all-new Green.
Abhishek Verma, Co-Founder at 360 Digital Printing and James Burbidge from RICOH Printing Solutions Europe appreciated the new traction in terms of exhibitors and footfalls at the show. The visited their OEM partners using RICOH Gen5 and Gen6 printheads during the show. Other crowd-pulling exhibitors at the show included SS Infotech, AT Inks, Aperio, ColorJet, Novatrix, Signcity, among others.
