Kheizer Sign Defies Traditional Welding Methods With A New Modern Machine
Manufactured locally under the ‘Make in India’ initiative at its state-of-the-art plant in Ahmedabad, Kheizer Sign has benchmarked a big shift in laser welding with the introduction of an all-new advanced machine. The newly unpacked machine is fully packed with highly-advanced features and capabilities, which eventually overmatch the traditional argon arc welding and stannum welding methods. It is available in two models.
Kheizer Sign, which the whole industry knows as a sole supplier of Kbend automated channel bending machines and other associated equipment, has named the new laser welding machine as K-S300H/500 and K-H-300/H-500. It’s ideal for welding stainless steel, iron, gravanised steel, etc. “With our new machine, laser welding can be done in a whole new standard now,” tells Riyaz Siddique, Director of Kheizer Sign. He adds that the user of this machine can now keep the old or conventional ways of welding at bay.
Key Advantages
This new laser welding machine from Kheizer Sign is highly user friendly. Easy to operate, its firm and accurate welding process eventually makes perfect effect in end result. No stains, no deformation, and no need to polish, this modern marvel of welding needs no surface modification and no highly-paid professionals are required to operate it. Even any unskilled operator who undergoes just a short practice can easily and accurately handle this machine. After all, operating environment of the machine is comfortable.
“Equipped with highly-advanced laser tube, this new laser welding machine which we introduce is quite stable in performance. Its xenon lamp flashes more than 8 million times and continuous process is supported,” informs Riyaz, adding, “Every material to be welded on this new machine has no colour shade on the surface. The material will not easy be deformed once it is welded.”
Riyaz continues, “Also, this new machine offers users the privilege of welding in two ways—one is through the normal model, NG: YAG laser; while the other one is in a hand held fiber laser welding head. The second one is much more convenient to weld large work pieces which cannot be moved on the table or hard to move. The laser head of the machine can be moved up and down, rotating at any degree, suitably for welding letters as high as 3m.”
“With the introduction of this new laser welding machine, we ideally have set a new standard of laser welding which any other traditional welding technology, process, or machine could ever achieve before. Moreover, in our after-sales service, we provide the highly cost-effective, easy maintenance and professional training for operators to use this newly launched laser welding machine effectively, efficiency, and economically,” affirms Riyaz.
