Suitable for higher productivity, this new MIMAKI SWJ-320EA is 20 percent faster than the SWJ-320 S4. Built on the basis of MIMAKI’s leading edge technology, this grand-format inkjet system is designed for variable dot print with the minimum size of 7pL (pico litre). It is equipped with 4 printheads: 2-layered staggered arrangement in 2 lines. Graphics produced on this newly launched MIMAKI solvent printer are turned out to be in highest resolution of 900x1200dpi without any grainy appearance.

In other conventional printers in the class of SWJ-320EA, straight pass boundaries often result in banding and discolouration due to slight misalignment. However, in this SWJ-320EA grand-format system, the MAPS4 (MIMAKI Advanced Pass System) functionality provides gradation to printed pass boundaries and reduces banding and uneven colour, which in turn helps print service providers (PSPs) achieve the stunning results in graphics.

Capable to print at the maximum speed of 137sqm/hr, MIMAKI SWJ-320EA is widely compatible with a broad range of media of maximum width up to 3250mm with twin roll setting (1.524mm each) and roll holder setting (1620mm). Minimum media width compatible with this new grand-format printer is 210mm. Drying unit in SWJ-320EA is designed in 3-way intelligent heater. Compared to other systems, this new MIMAKI inkjet solvent printer consumes only AC200 – 240V, 50/60 Hz, 29 Hz or less.

“We are confident that JN Arora Group will surely find the right owners of this new SWJ-320EA grand-format printer in north,” tells Mr Kenichiro (Ken) Seki, Managing Director, MIMAKI India Pvt Ltd. He adds that this newly introduced high-speed solvent inkjet printer is suitably made for those PSPs who are eager to deliver wider graphics in larger volume at faster speed.

SWJ-320EA is a printer with proven system for producing high resolution graphics. Mr Aashish Arora, Director, JN Arora Group, says this new MIMAKI grand-format printer, which is assigned to them for its supply across north India, is packed with full of advanced and upgraded features. Newly upgraded RIP software, Raster Link 6 Plus, is bundled with the printer for higher functionality and more user friendliness. This workflow helps operators save tremendous time.

When it comes to twin roll printing on the new SWJ-320EA, two media rolls can be mounted for simultaneous printing. It means, different or same print jobs can be printed on two separate rolls. With this added advantage, operators are free to select a preferred width separately for each roll. Finally, SWJ-320EA shortens delivery time and reduces workload for PSPs.
