Large-format printing technologies & solutions excelled at PRINTPACK INDIA 2025

PRINTPACK INDIA 2025, a premier expo on the printing & packaging industry in the Indian subcontinent, had witnessed the whole gamut of products and solutions. Held at India Expo Centre & Mart at Greater Noida in Delhi-NCR, five days of the show witnessed a multitude of exhibitors whose digital large-format printing machines and technologies were showcased, signifying new prospects and possibilities across diverse verticals and applications.

Among the key exhibitors which exhibited cutting-edge digital large-format machines and solutions, MIMAKI India, a debutant at PRINTPACK INDIA, unveiled the JFX 200-1213Ex, a mid-size flatbed UV printer offering a print area of 1270×1300 mm to balance perfectly between size and capability, positioning itself between the smaller desktop printers and large industrial flatbed models. “We are excited to be at PRINTPACK INDIA for the first time this year. Also excited to announce that we sold two CJV200 Series eco-solvent print & cut machines during the show,” tells Mr Kenichiro (Ken) Seki, Managing Director of MIMAKI India Pvt Ltd.

Kongsberg demonstrated the versatility of X Series cutting system at the show. Mohammed Rafiq Shaikh, Sales & Service Leader, South Asia, Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems India Pvt Ltd stated that the highly versatile Kongsberg X Series cutting system is perfectly designed and engineered for diverse sectors, such as packaging, signage, display solutions such as POSM, POP, and many others. Caldron Chenbang India demonstrated a line of Skycut cutting plotters for diverse applications, right from stickers to more. Rajat Mitra of Caldron Chenbang India Pvt Ltd said the show turned out to be good meeting point where swarmed highly potential visitors.

Mehta Hitech Industries demonstrated its range of flagship machines, viz. SINO 3202SK solvent printer, EMICO 9060 UV flatbed printer, Hexa laser engraving machine, among others. Diwakar Mishra, National Sales Manager, Mehta Hitech Industries Limited, said the machines they presented are the ones signifying a complete portfolio for diverse applications including display graphics, commercial, packaging, and more. Canon India, alongside its imagePRESS digital presses, demonstrated a line of imagePROGRAF GP-526S, imagePROGRAF TX-5420 MFP, and imagePROGRAF TM-5350 MFP especially for display graphics. Gurjit Singh Dhingra, Assistant Director – Marketing and Sales at Canon India Private Limited, mentioned that they have closed multiple deals of various machines at the show.

Zund India showcased its G3 Series digital cutting machine for the first time in India at PRINTPACK

INDIA 2025. The model, G3 L 2500, is a perfectly engineered digital cutting system capable to cut substrates of 1.8m wide with no limitation of length. Prasanna Venkatesh, Managing Director, Zund India Pvt Ltd, said the Zund’s latest G3 Series digital cutting machine is designed to help users streamline the cutting process thereby improving the top-line.

Unveiling new technology products for Press Room Chemicals to enhance print standards and optimise press room chemistry with a focus on ideal balancing between ink and water, artience Group also showcased the competency of its inkjet inks which are used by OEMs like ColorJet India in the Indian digital large-format printing market producing cutting-edge printers for signage and promotional display graphic solutions. ColorJet India demonstrated a line of Roland machines, such as DGXPRESS UG Series and VersaOBJECT- MO Series UV flatbeds. Madhu Sudan Dadu, Chairman, ColorJet India Ltd, said the versatile Roland systems are ideal for short-run customizable label printing and more.

Aashish Arora, Director, JN Arora Group, said the expo is the best ever edition they have participated till date. JN Arora Group showcased a select range of MIMAKI UV systems and Siser Romeo & Juliet vinyl cutting plotters. An authorised distributor of Graphtec (Japan) and Yueming (China) in India, Keith Electronics exhibited some innovations in laser engraving and cutting solutions. Renu Maurya, Corporate Business Manager, Keith Electronics Pvt Ltd informed that the show helped them connect with the company’s existing customers as well as new prospects.

Ahmedabad-based Lisco Systems, an authorised representative of Gongzheng in India, exhibited two flagship products—Gongzheng H0609 EP UV flatbed and C3204SG C3204SG PLUS solvent—for multiple applications across various sectors. “Compatibility and competency of our Gongzheng UV and other models go beyond signage, so is the reason of our presence at PRINTPACK INDIA 2025,” mentioned Yatinsinh Vaghela, Director, Lisco Systems Private Limited. EPSON demonstrated a string of its flagship models, such as SureColor SC-R5030, SC-P7530, SC-80670, SC-S80670, and SurePress L-6534VW digital label press. The company’s exhibits of the cutting-edge printers determined the coverage of vast sectors across signage, labels, and more.

The next 17th edition of PRINTPACK INDIA has scheduled to be organised in 2027 from January 30 to February 03 at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida (Delhi-NCR).
