Jon Wolf wins 2024 Signelements Award for Outstanding Vehicle Graphic Design
Signelements, a London-based large source of vehicle templates, stock photography, vector graphics and designs, announced that Jon Wolf of Wolf Designs from Arizona has been awarded the 2024 Signelements Award for Outstanding Vehicle Graphic Design. The accolade recognises exceptional creativity and skill in vehicle branding.
Uniquely, Signelements did not require candidates to pay an entry fee. Instead, nominees were chosen by Signelements researchers based on the merit of their works. This approach ensures that the competition remains accessible to any talented wrap designer.
From thousands of contenders, 81 finalists were nominated by the Signelements team. A distinguished panel of judges, led by Mikki Webb, CEO at ThinkSAi/Flexi Software and Brett Newman, former Managing Director, Roland DG UK, evaluated the designs. They selected Jon Wolf of Wolf Designs as the winner and named three runners-up.
The judges praised the winning design, stating: “Incredibly impactful design with clear branding. The CAD drawing background makes this a very technical wrap to apply. Both exceptional design and application skills are self-evident.”
Jon Wolf expressed his surprise and excitement upon receiving the award: “Somehow the folks at Signelements heard of our work and included it in their competition. We were astonished and delighted to be recognised with this beautiful trophy.”
Signelements Vehicle Branding Award is the only global competition dedicated to honouring excellence in vehicle livery wrap and design. The Signelements research team has diligently scoured the globe to discover and showcase the finest examples in this growing sector.
With over 8000 designs reviewed, the competition taps into the broadest range of talent. By eliminating entry fees ‘our researchers had free reign to review any design’, ensuring the eventual finalists represent “the icing on the largest possible cake,” as founder Louis Ingram aptly puts it.
