Colors Digital India (CDI) releases an all new eco-solvent printer
Manufactured under the ‘Make in India’ initiative, Colors Digital India (CDI) offers a portfolio of eco-solvent printers. The portfolio keeps expanding with new and latest models. Arrived latest in the portfolio is an all new CDI Eco-Solvent Model with EPSON i3200 and XP-600 printheads. The new eco-solvent printer is designed and engineered to empower its users to reduce environmental footprints while producing brilliant graphics.
State-of-the-art manufacturing plant of Colors Digital India (CDI) at Kasna Industrial Area in Greater Noida in Delhi-NCR is where the company manufactures lines of solvent, eco-solvent, and UV flatbed/hybrid printers by tuning into the current market demands. “Sensing what our clients want and require in the current Indian market, we persistently introduce upgraded models of printers that have several advancements for sustainable and high-quality printing. The new CDI Eco-Solvent Model is our latest introduction,” tells Tejinder Singh, Director, Colors Digital India (CDI) Pvt Ltd.
The newly launched CDI Eco-Solvent Model is equipped with the industrial grade EPSON i3200 and XP-600 printheads. Advanced features of the new printer include its servo-driven system and other capacities in speed as well as media compatibility. The printer can take in media up to 76-inch wide for producing sharp graphics and vivid hues. “In fact, this new printer is an ideal model for those who wish to mark their maiden entry into the realm of eco-solvent printing as well as those willing to boost capacity and quality of their existing eco-solvent printing to a new level,” informs Tejinder.

Compatible with a broad range of conventional and unconventional media such as vinyl, sunpack, sunboard and others, this newly introduced CDI Eco-Solvent Model is suitable for both indoor and outdoor graphics. According to Tejinder, eco-solvent graphics are the need of the hour for signage companies whose activities involve largely in execution of turnkey in-store branding and display projects as well as all sorts of interior graphics. EPSON i3200 printhead, which is equipped in the new CDI Eco-Solvent Model, is based on the PrecisionCore Technology. This thin piezo technology enables high precision and high nozzle density, which in turn makes the printhead a compact and high speed to produce sharp graphic print outputs. Its unique precision MEMS nozzles and ink flow path ensure that the printhead’s perfectly round ink droplets are placed accurately and consistently to deliver 1200npi (4 rows).
On other hand, EPSON XP 600 is designed with six ink paths. The entire printhead has a total of 1080 nozzles.
