Silicon Infotech unpacks new HandTop and MIMAKI printers

Mumbai-based Silicon Infotech, an authorised distributor of HandTop (India) and MIMAKI (for Western Indian region), has announced the introductions of two new printers—HandTop UV HT1800 and MIMAKI JV330 Series. Both the printers have unique and advanced features for tackling unconventional media and graphic textures.

  These newly unpacked two new flagship printers from Silicon Infotech were demonstrated live during the PAMEX 2024 held recently in Mumbai. HandTop UV HT1800 is a 1.8-m printer, an upgraded model, perfectly engineered for unique applications such as graphic enhancements on wall graphics. Krunal Jivani, Business Partner of Silicon Infotech, informs Sign & Graphics, “We introduce this new and upgraded HandTop UV HT1800 for unfolding a whole new chapter of print enhancement, particularly on wall graphics.”

He continues, “In fact, the UV print enhancing prowess of this new HandTop UV HT1800 is something which we have never introduced to our customers before. This new system is indeed a game changer in wall graphic enhancement applications as it can add or enhance dazzling graphics on wall papers using its CMYK + white + varnish technology. In addition, the MIMAKI JV330 Series is yet another new flagship Eco-Solvent system with unique features from Silicon Infotech.”

On this newly launched MIMAKI Eco-Solvent, Krunal further remarks, “This new MIMAKI model is an ideal choice for those PSPs looking for high speed production. It can run at the speed of 450sqft/hr, delivering graphics in resolutions up to 1200 dpi. Using the MIMAKI original inks, MIMAKI JV 330 Series delivers graphics for stunning graphics for both indoor and outdoor applications.”

Both the printers, HandTop UV HT1800 and MIMAKI JV330 Series, received overwhelming response from trade visitors when launched during the PAMEX 2024.
