ColorJet to unveil sustainable printing solutions at Media Expo New Delhi 2021
First ever in any expo, ColorJet Group to showcase sustainable printing solutions that include its newly launched Vulcan Prime, a 1.6 m UV roll-to-roll printer and SoniQ HQ Plus, a 3.2 m ultra-high quality eco-solvent printer, at Media Expo New Delhi. These two machines will be demonstrated live during the expo scheduled to be organised from November 18-20, 2021 at India Expo Center, Greater Noida, Delhi-NCR.
ColorJet Vulcan Prime serves the dual purpose for signage as well as interior décor industry. The printer provides ultra-high quality printing up to 2400 dpi and its UV curing technology ensures immediate drying that saves up to 90 percent of production time. For new-gen signage, Vulcan Prime introduces CAMOUFLAGE printing technology.
Developed with the combination of ColorJet’s UV printing machines, industrial grade advanced printhead technology, UV curable inks, special ICC profiles and unique printer controller software, CAMOUFLAGE technology in enables multilayer printing up to 3 layers, 4 layers and 5 layers for high quality signage. Vulcan Prime enables access to innumerable printing applications to help PSPs in growing their businesses. It supports a variety of flexible media including backlit fabric, ceiling film, vinyl, wallpaper, advertising banner, PET, etc. Embedded with the UV LED curing process, it makes printing more economical and ecological.

Blended with the benefits of never-seen-before print quality in large format eco-solvent printing, the newly launched SONIQ HQ PLUS is the one-stop solution catering to all indoor as well as outdoor applications. It’s designed for ultra-high-speed of up to 915 sq ft/h with best-in-class pixel printheads, cutting-edge configuration supporting 4 colours CMYK options, capable of printing ultra-fine 6 PL droplets,
