Kongsberg PCS to demonstrate value of integrated workflows at PRINTING United Expo 2026 he Kongsberg Precision Systems that will demonstrate the value of integrated workflow at PRINTING United Expo 2026 are cited as under:

The Kongsberg Ultimate equipped with the Roll Feeder: It’s an award-winning, highly productive digital cutting table for corrugated and display production, engineered for continuous, high-speed operations. Its modular design enables businesses to scale and adapt as their needs evolve, while delivering consistent, high-quality production results. The Roll Feeder, which is designed to deliver highly accurate, continuous production for wide-format soft signage applications, will run alongside the Kongsberg Ultimate.

The system feeds material to eliminate wrinkles, stretching, and registration errors, ensuring precise cut quality from the first meter to the last, helping converters increase throughput, reduce waste and minimize costly reprints in demanding digital finishing environments.

The Kongsberg C-series with the Smart Material Handler (SMH): Providing speed and versatility for a broad range of signage, display, and protective packaging applications, this digital cutter offers the raw strength required to process even the most rugged materials at high-production speeds without impacting the finishing quality. The Kongsberg C will be showcased alongside the Smart Material Handler, a modular, sheet handling semi-automated solution.

Designed to enhance productivity, the SMH enables operators to load new materials while the cutter is still processing the previous sheet, acting as a buffer zone and allowing one operator to handle tasks that typically require two, cutting labor needs by 50 percent.

New MultiCam offering: At PRINTING United Expo 2026, MultiCam will showcase its next-generation routing platform designed to support production flexibility, scalability, and future business growth. Further details will be available at the launch of the product, taking place during the expo.

Kongsberg and MultiCam’s event presence will this year be focused around ‘Productivity that keeps you ahead of the game’. Visitors will see live demonstrations of the cutting and routing tables showcasing their speed, precision and versatility acrossa range of applications produced on both rigid and flexible materials. Stuart Fox, CEO, Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems, comments, “At this year’s PRINTING United, we’re demonstrating how our hands-on customer offering combined with productivity gains from our evolving digital cutting and CNC routing portfolio help producers stay ahead of the game. Print, signage and packaging producers across the US are looking for new ways to enhance their production workflows and diversify their offerings without necessarily changing how they operate. Our goal is to support and empower these producers to achieve growth and competitive differentiation – whether that is by streamlining production, minimizing manual touch points or enabling producers to work with a broader applications mix. Printing United presents a valuable opportunity to meet these businesses face-to-face to get into the details of their unique challenges and how we can support them in achieving their business goals in a profitable and scalable way.”
