3M launches India’s first changeable graphic film

In the continuing effort to provide effective and efficient solutions for the graphic manufacturing industry to cater to India’s retail revolution, 3M India Limited has recently launched a specialty changeable graphic film – 3M Scotchcal ij3552c – specially for fleet and wall graphics.

This Cast film combines the features found in controltac and comply adhesive technologies, including pressure activation, slideablity and repositionability. All this is coupled with air-release channels for the fastest and easiest bubble-free application. The two unique features of this film are – it has no adhesive residue on the surface and the film does not split during removal. For retail interiors, this graphic film can be applied dry, without soap-water on various common surfaces like laminates, plastered wall-boards, metals, ACP, MDF, ply-boards, etc. One can expect upto 24 months 3M performance guarantee, when printed with qualified inks on solvent/eco-sol/UV printing hardware from Roland, HP, ColorSpan, EFI VUTEk, Mimaki, Mutoh, Oce & Durst.
