One of the most significant international signage expos, held annually at National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai, China, every edition of APPPEXPO attracts exhibitors and visitors from India. Here’s a glimpse of how it persisted this year.


In brief conversations with Sign & Graphics, a host of Indian exhibitors and visitors who were recently at APPPEXPO 2026 tell about their experiences and takeaways from the expo held on March 04–07 at NECC in Shanghai. Charanjeet Shah, Director, True Colors Solutions & Technologies India Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, says, “We joined our principal Liyu at the expo and had a great experience of showcasing the Hybrid 3.2m printer with Neon capability that drew significant crowd. Likewise, Rajat Mitra, Managing Director, Caldron Graphics, informs, “Along with our ink partner Chenbang, we unveiled innovations encompassing inks and printing excellence of Caldron Crystaljet printers.”

Shailesh Mehta, Director, Mehta Hitech Industries Ltd, states that the expo is a big opportunity to engage directly with printing businesses, signage manufacturers, packaging producers, and distribution partners from the multiple international markets. According to Rohit Taneja, Founder of Taneja Digital Solutions, the expo is an ideal platform to observe the market trends and new products. Telling about the purpose of his visit to the expo, Yatinsinh Vaghela, MD, LISCO Systems Private Limited, informs, “We were invited by our principal Gongzheng. Together we exhibited some new models which we will launch in India soon.”

Santosh Nair, Group Director & CEO, Kaleido Print Technologies Pvt Ltd, shares his experience, “We joined hands with two of our principals, Kaleido and MPAB, at the expo. Overall experience was good with good response we received from visitors.” Neerav Goswamy, Managing Director, AT Inks, mentions that a lot of new products and innovations at the expo were really impressive. In the similar tone, Siddharth Doshi, Owner, Gita & Company, says they have witnessed tremendous developments on the front of highly innovative and sustainable signage printing applications at the APPPEXPO 2026.
