Color-Logic certifies PrintFactory workflow RIP eco-system

Color-Logic has certified the PrintFactory Workflow RIP EcoSystem now available from a number of OEMs and dealers. According to a source from the company, print embellishment is a top-of-mind subject for wide-format printers when it comes to printing with white ink on metallic stocks in today’s market, and the PrintFactory Workflow RIP EcoSystem, combined with Color-Logic, produces embellishments which will open up new markets and applications for printers seeking opportunities in labels, signage, and point-of-purchase packaging for many markets, including healthcare, craft beer and wine, luxury brands, and events. Since many potential Color-Logic licensees need to integrate new devices with their in-house software, at Color-Logic Color-Logic recently tested the PrintFactory RIP with a swissQprint wide format printer, and found that the RIP successfully conformed to the company’s standards.
