Los Angeles-based graphic installation and project management firm Applied Graphics & Signs chose Drytac SpotOn Clear Gloss media, flood coated with white for opacity, to produce an eye-catching set of window graphics to promote the Hollywood blockbuster movie Babylon. The application space measured 559 x 220 ft inch high and required 54 panels to be trimmed to fit each glass panel of the cinema’s giant windows. With image quality and reliable adhesion both of paramount importance, Drytac SpotOn media were specially chosen. The graphics, which included large-scale images of some of the film’s leading names, were printed onto the media using a Durst Rho 512R 5-metre roll-to-roll UV-Curable machine.
