FUJIFILM forays into high-end hybrid printing

Part of the Acuity Ultra product family, FUJIFILM’s newly launched Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED is a 3.3m printer that offers high quality printing to both rigid and flexible substrates. The company has also created a new ink range, Uvijet UH, for the new machine. Also new is the Acuity Prime L flatbed adding to the Prime 20 and 30 announced last year. It’s part of FUJIFILM’s ‘Blueprint’ concept as the Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED offers superb, high-quality printing to both rigid and flexible media. Printing at the speeds of up to 218 sq m/hr (RTR) and delivering a print resolution of up to 1200 x 1200 dpi, the Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED is unique in being able to combine ultra-high quality and a competitive return on investment, for both rigid and flexible applications, all in one platform. Along with media loading and unloading tables, the Acuity Ultra Hybrid LED also features a dimpled table surface to support all media types while allowing easy media positioning.
