Recent installation of a VUTEk QS 2000 UV printer has enhanced the company’s existing setup comprising 10 feet DGI XP– 3204T solvent printer for outdoor flex, vinyl prints, one-way vision and frosted film prints; HP Designjet 5500 inkjet printer for indoor/interior graphics; Mimaki JV-33 BS eco-solvent for high-resolution outdoor posters and banners; Mimaki CG - FX 130 cutting plotter; manual and automatic lamination machines for glossy/matte lamination on vinyl, flex, etc; 54-inch Graphtec Grit rolling heavy duty machine for cutting 3M road safety retro reflective vinyl materials; and Guangdaly HD1325 8x4 CNC router for hard substrates like acrylics, ACP and others.

Then the VUTEk QS 2000 UV printer is designed in such a way that it revolutionises the super wide-format printing segment with the quality that had never been witnessed before. This printer features advanced three-layering capabilities for high-definition prints of true 1000 dpi. Capable with rigid and roll-to-roll printing to deliver a solution for superior photorealistic quality and high productivity, VUTEk QS 2000 UV runs at upto 2,000 sq ft/hr to churn out exhibition graphics, POP displays, banners, posters, commercial graphics... to mention a few!

JVC Graphics & Signages Pvt Ltd has forged connections with a number of prominent multinational companies like Philips, GE, Think Global Projects, Acrylite, Akzo Nobel, Jewelite and others from varied industrial clusters. “We are now looking ahead to extend our reach with an aim to cater to the customers based not only in south India but also all around the country and overseas as well,” mentioned Ketaki Chandrasekar. Other companies working in close association with JVC Graphics & Signages include D Signs, Lighting & Engineering Services (OEM Philips) and JVC Ecotec.

Another big deal of JVC Graphics & Signages is its tie-up with 3M as an authorised converter of the latter’s Traffic Safety Systems, Commercial Graphics and Glass Decorator for Architectural Markets Department. Also the company is certified by TUV SUD South Asia with ISO 9001:2008 certification. “In order to fulfil the demands for quality jobs and outputs, we are fully equipped with a complete production unit for printing, fabrication and installation for all types of indoor as well as outdoor signage,” asserted Ketaki.

Multitasking of the company has included quite a new spectrum of activities involving metal signage fabrications using water-jet cutting machine and all.
