Equipped with new HP XP5300 and FB950

Strength of Indore-based Zero Graphics has been boosted with the installations of new HP XP5300 and FB950 printers in its production facility. Addition of the high-end HP UV printers has proved a productive breakthrough along the company’s path of growth. Adoptions of HP Scitex XP5300 and HP Scitex FB950 have enabled Zero Graphics to offer top standard prints in terms of quality, productivity and durability. HP Scitex XP5300 is a 5.0 m dual-mode UV printer, having speed up to 3,200 sq ft per hour and resolution up to 360 dpi and compatible with a range of media including PE materials, paper, mesh, vinyl, textiles, blue back paper, SAV, banner material, synthetic paper, etc. This printer is suitably designed to produce printouts for billboards, building wraps, fleet graphics, curtains, POP/POS and others.

“With HP Scitex XP5300 using UV curable ink, we have been experiencing faster print speeds and unprecedented ink coverage that minimise printing cost,” conveys Sudhir Jain of Zero Graphics, adding that the prints coming out of the printer are completely dry and ready for use, and also fully waterfast and fading resist for two years or more in outdoor display.

Wide applications

HP Scitex FB950 installed at Zero Graphics prints directly on any rigid, thick, or heavy specialty media including glass, ACP board, sunboard, plywood, clear acrylic/white acrylic, veneer, sun mica, leather, rexine, carpets, canvas, blinds, wallpapers, ceramics, tiles, woods and metals. Sudhir says, “We can impress our customers with precise double-sided output and edge-to-edge (fullbleed) applications as HP Scitex FB950 can print on any warped or uneven surfaces.
