These inks are ideal for wide and super-wide applications including event banners, transit signage and other outdoor applications as well as high-quality indoor signage. Compatible with more than 500 media solutions – HP Latex inks provide a consistent, reliable performance across a variety of substrates apart from being non-inflammable and non-combustible.

“We always believe in strong market presence in the printing space. Now with an initiative of reducing the carbon footprints, HP’s Latex technology promises its consumers a ‘greener’ tomorrow while providing them the best-of-the-class prints. ‘Green’ revolution

Conducting the summit, Roman Barba, R&D head- HP, Latex Technologies remarked, “It’s great to be a part of HP’s green thought. I am happy to share my knowledge on this with the print partners and looking forward to a greener transformation in the field of outdoor and signage industry.”

HP Designjet LX28500 produces an extremely broad range of both outdoor and indoor applications at speed up to 70 percent faster than the previous HP Designjet printers. HP Designjet LX28500 achieves excellent image quality – producing high-resolution prints up to 1200 dpi, with dense, saturated colours that stand up to close inspection. It uses water-based HP Latex inks, produces odourless prints, creates prints on FSC-certified HP wall paper that are GREENGUARD Children & Schools Certified SM and met the AgBB criteria and uses Eco Mark-Certified ink cartridges.

In addition, HP Designjet LX26500 produces 1,200-dpi output with outdoor display permanence of up to three years unlaminated or five years laminated for high-quality, long-lasting prints. The output also dries inside the printer, boosting productivity for double-sided print jobs, and allowing immediate finishing or use. Highlighting new opportunities that had never been exploited before, the Latex Summit opened up a new scope for the business of PSPs in India.
