BLAZE 3215 is Mehta’s newly introduced UV RTR (roll-to-roll) printer with Konica Minolta 6988H Plus 10pL printhead, featuring 1,280 nozzles, a firing frequency of 50 kHz, and a print width of 72mm. This new UV RTR printer is designed to print on flex, thick fabrics, and other materials, and can be widely used for hoardings. BLAZE 3215 has a maximum of three rows with each row accommodating five printheads. With this configuration, the printer can deliver very high-speed printing up to 750sqft/hr, which they believe is the need of the time. Gradually, Mehta is also going to launch a UV RTR printer with Konica printheads for 5m width printing. To promote UV printing, the price of UV inks at Mehta is kept comparatively very low.
