MUTOH XpertJet 1682UR now available with new US81 Inks

MUTOH Europe nv has announced availability of the new XpertJet 1682UR—a 64” (162 cm) high-performance UV LED roll-to-roll printer, powered by Mutoh’s latest US81 UV LED inks. Designed for versatility, productivity, and sustainability, the XpertJet 1682UR is the ideal solution for high-quality graphics production. XpertJet 1682UR delivers print speeds up to 27.3sqm/h (with 2 x CMYK) set-up and image quality up to 1440 x 1440 dpi, combined with advanced multi-layer printing options. Users can create 5-layer prints that display different visuals front-to-back, or 4-layer prints for striking frontlit/backlit combinations. Transparent and coloured substrates, as well as non-white materials, can be enhanced with spot varnish effects for eye-catching finishes. Key highlights include dual 1440 nozzle heads, dual 4” UV LED lamps, single-pass 5-layer printing without media pull back, and a full range of automated calibrations for maximum user comfort and flawless output.
