Yet another longstanding client of Silicon Infotech, Pune-based Orchid Digitals has been an aficionado of MIMAKI technology over the years. The first MIMAKI machine at the company was an UJV300 Series installed eight years back. Today, Orchid Digitals’ production facility has a line of MIMAKI printers—UJF-6042, CJV 200, and the latest being another CJV 200 Series print & cut system, encompassing eco-solvent, inkjet and UV printing to produce stunning graphics that not only unique but shine amid crowds.

Incepted in the year 2005, Orchid Digitals is one-of-its-kind print service & solution provider with its print outputs ranging from a 2-inch visiting card to a 200-ft hoarding and everything in between, which are created and produced beyond people’s imagination. In this, Mitesh Sanghani, Owner, Customer Relations & Job Conceptualiser of Orchid Digitals says, “We make logos aesthetically and print wall graphics to tell a story—all are pulled off using the fleet of MIMAKI printers.”

Applications ranging from backlit acrylic panels to 3D acrylic logos, vehicle wraps, and even floor stickers that stunningly cover every single inch of an office, Orchid Digitals creates magic of prints using the MIMAKI printers. “MIMAKI printers are the key to our outstanding and unconventional applications like vehicle graphics produced using cast vinyl materials. Other than MIMAKI, we don’t rely on others as it has to make sure every finished job we produce must stand unique,” tells Mitesh.

According to Mitesh, another unique application from Orchid Digitals is the glow-in-dark stickers. “These stickers with unique feature shine when lights go out. Created by printing on photoluminescent media on the UCJV300 system, these glow stickers outshine the usual paper decals. Also, these glow-in-dark stickers are perfect for personalizing laptops, smart phones, and selling eye-catching merchandises,” he adds, conclusively that they look forward to adopting more upgraded MIMAKI printers for more innovations in print to unfold.
