Indore’s Shree Vidyasagar Graphic Signage installs iECHO 4KS for high-precision digital large-format cutting

Indore-headquartered Shree Vidyasagar Graphic Signage has upgraded its post-press graphic finishing capacity with the installation of a cutting-edge iECHO 4KS digital large-format cutting system. With all new advantages, this advanced digital finishing machine runs at the maximum speed of 1500mm/sec, precisely cutting wide varieties of materials such as PP paper, foam boards, corrugated boards, honeycombs, stickers, and more with thickness up to 50mm at the cutting accuracy of 0.1mm.

In addition, iECHO 4KS can be equipped with high-speed milling spindle for acrylic, aluminum, plastic plates, and other hard materials processing particularly for signage & display graphics. Likewise, for applications in the automobile upholstery sector, this digital cutting system provides a total solution for cutting a wide variety of materials such as textile, PVC, and many other interior components.

Further, iECHO 4KS provides integrated cutting solutions for the home textile industry, not only improving the textile utilisation significantly but also effectively enhancing the material’s essence and quality. “Installation of this all new iECHO 4KS at our Indore unit has empowered us to handle post-press graphic cutting and finishing any given material to a new standard,” informs Sachin Jain, Manager of Shree Vidyasagar Graphic Signage Pvt Ltd.

Pneumatic oscillating tool in iECHO 4KS is an air-driven mechanism operating at a high frequency to cut diverse materials. Its stroke is adjustable up to 8mm, capable to cut hard materials. V-Cut Tool in the digital large-format cutting system is perfect for producing complex structural designs from foam core or sandwich board materials.

Other printing and finishing machines of different technologies and formats now running efficiently at the Indore production facility of Shree Vidyasagar Graphic Signage are HP Latex 1500, HP Latex 570, Roland DGXPRESS ER-642, Mutoh ValueJet 1624, Mutoh ValueJet 1638, MIMAKI UV roll-to-roll printer, KAI YIKE letter bending machine, Amastone NEXT CNC router, MS SS Laser cutting machine, Starfire solvent printer, UV flatbed, digital cutter, etc.
