Mehta Group’s all-in-one & versatile CSK Series CNC router is equipped with a spindle, camera, and knife-cutting tool. As you know, the spindle can be used to cut hard materials like ACP, wood, acrylic, aluminum, etc., while the knife cutter can be used to cut foamboard, sun pack, and many other soft materials. With the CCD camera, it can cut after printing on these media. CSK Series CNC router is a very cost-effective solution for the sign industry.There are machines available at Mehta Group’s HO in Ahmedabad for demonstration.
VEGA 48 4ft x 8ft high-speed CO2laser cutting system
Mehta Group’s revolutionary high-speed CO2 laser cutting system, called VEGA 48, is designed and built on a rack-and-pinion system instead of a belt and pulley system for high-speed and high-quality cutting finishes. This 4 ft x 8 ft high-speed CO2 laser cutting system is equipped with a servo motor and is absolutely maintenance-free. The equipment is available with 100W, 130W, 150W, and 300W glass laser tubes.
