EPSON introduces industrial grade T3200 U3 printhead for Mehta’s UV Printer

Mehta Group has partnered with EPSON (Japan) to launch the UV flatbed printers featuring EPSON’s revolutionary high-quality, high-speed, and long-life industrial printhead T3200 U3. The integration of high printing quality with easy integration is a key feature of our exceptional printing solutions.

The Precision Core Chip in the EPSON T3200 U3 printhead, with its accurate technology, ensures outstanding print quality with sharp and clear images and text, essential for professional-grade materials. The integrated 4-colour system enhances print quality while minimizing costs, achieving higher colour accuracy and cost efficiency.

Mehta UV Printer T3200’s jetting performance, operating at 5-15 picoliters with a frequency of 24 kHz, allows for precise droplet placement, resulting in fine detail reproduction and smooth gradients. The internal heating technology, with an internal heater, enables effective application of high viscosity inks, improving ink flow and versatility with a wider range of ink types.

The beauty of this EPSON T3200 printhead is its four rows of CMYK, allowing for single-head printing on any media with 300 dpi output. For those requiring 600 dpi output, they can use two colours per head. With the heads of the T3200, one can achieve 600dpi output at around 150sqft/hr, and if the heads are arranged in a row, one can achieve print output at a speed of 380sqft/hr with three heads at 300 dpi. Mehta strongly believes it is the best choice for UV printing for high speed and high resolution.

Mehta feels pleasure to introduce the first-ever Indian-manufactured UV flatbed printer and UV hybrid printer called the RE Series with T3200 printheads. The UV printer is designed to use a maximum of 8 units of T3200 in various combinations as per the speed and printing resolution required by customers.
