Marabu announces new ink solutions

Marabu has recently announced an innovative high-performance ink for digital container printing and a BPA-free screen printing ink for brilliant, long-lasting glass decoration. Another new addition to the portfolio is a water-based textile ink for high-quality, textile transfers. With its new high-performance digital printing ink UltraJet DUV-CP, Marabu is setting new standards in decorative inkjet printing on glass: the innovative high-performance technology enables higher-quality print images at twice the printing speed and overall lower ink consumption. With the UltraJet DUV-CP, individual effects can be achieved on glass, plastic and metal containers with ink film thicknesses of up to 3 mm. A higher pigment density ensures perfect edge definition even for fine details, high opacity and an overall wider colour gamut. The lower ink consumption saves costs and also eliminates the time-consuming intermediate step of ‘pinning’ the digital ink to the substrate.
