FUJIFILM releases Uvijet HZ thermoforming ink for Acuity Prime

FUJIFILM has announced the launch of its new LED UV cured thermoforming inks, designed especially for use with its Acuity Prime flatbed printers. Quickly cured with conventional LED UV lamps, the inks are ideal solution for decorating a wide range of materials commonly used in thermoforming applications. The inks offer superb dot reproduction, light-fast colours with outstanding adhesion and elongation, and deliver excellent quality for applications involving deep-draw thermoforming, line bending and dome blowing. Other benefits of the inks include high quality finishing, bending, creasing, routing, guillotining. The newly launched inks in the range are suitable for internal and external applications, and form perfectly between 150 and 200oC. They are also free from volatile solvents and hydrocarbons, meaning that they have less impact on the environment when compared with solvent-based products.
