Having been in the industry for years as an authorized distributor of highly-demanded range of machines comprising Infiniti, Docan, Mimaki and others, New Delhi-based Infinity Digital Solutions (IDS) has taken manufacturing to a whole new level. Here’s a sneak peek into the company’s machine portfolio and new developments on the manufacturing front.

For more than a decade Infinity Digital Solutions (IDS) has been one of the leaders in supplying large-format printing machines, inks, printheads and other allied products in the digital solutions industry of India. Firmly rooted in its core values and work ethics the company always emphasizes on quality assurance and efficient service. “We strive to provide the most cost-effective products and services for digital solutions available in the market. Our product portfolio consists of machines right from entry-level solvent printers to high-end UV and soft signage machines,” says Deepak Wadhwa, Director, Infinity Digital Solutions (IDS) Pvt Ltd.

Deepak continues, “We maintain an infrastructure where we harbor machines and pressing tools with spacious and hygienic warehousing facilities as well as separate units for design, production, quality control, R&D, etc. All these units are designed not only to ensure proper storage and effective transit of the products within specified time frames but also for meeting the highest level of demands from our customers.”

Manufacturing journey

Despite being the sole supplier of a diverse range of versatile machines, IDS has now switched to manufacturing laser engraving and CNC routing machines under its own brand at its Mundka facility in Delhi. “After a thorough market research we finally come out to manufacture machines which are suitably made for Indian customers as well as those looking for value for money products,” asserts Deepak, adding that the IDS team of quality controllers rigorously check every single product about quality, efficiency, consistency and longer shelf life before dispatching for end-users.

When asked about the company’s bonding with many long-term customers, Deepak remarks, “After all, we always wish to avoid having dissatisfied customers. We consider our customers a part of our organisation. We want them to feel free to make any complaint or criticism they see fit in regard to our merchandise or service. That’s how we meet their need,” remarks Bharat. It has been the honest and transparent sell practice, tested merchandise at reasonable profit and treating customers to their utmost satisfaction, are some of the unparallel traits of IDS which make them different from others.

Complete portfolio

With its indigenously manufactured laser engraving machines and CNC routers, IDS today boasts of a complete line of machines comprising every choice of any print service provider (PSP) or graphics arts company. The small-format digital UV printers in the portfolio take care of printing needs for mobile covers, glass, plastic, metal, ID cards, leather, ceramic tiles, etc.

You name it, then, it’s in the IDS portfolio. Of course, the IDS range of products consists of machines for all kinds of applications—glass & tile door printers, UV flatbeds, CNC routers, laser engraving and cutting machines, multi-function channel letter bending machines, eco-solvent printers, mobile cover printers, UV coating lines, T-shirt printers, automatic feeding-cutting machines and others. For years, IDS has been the authorised distributor of Docan and Mimaki printers in India. Mimaki UCJV 300-160 (print-n-cut), Mimaki Inkjet UJF 3042, UJF 6042 and IDS Docan hybrid RTR printer are some of the key products in the portfolio.

Moreover, IDS also provides extensive services to various other segments like exhibitions, display solutions, signs and decorations. In this respect, Deepak informs that over the years the utmost priority of the company has always been towards delivering the products of highest quality. “We have been able to consistently ensure this through our testing equipment and top line machinery that focused on precision and in turn we have enabled us to fulfill our client’s specifications to the minutest details.”

Distribution network

Headquartered at Kirti Nagar in New Delhi, IDS has a wide pan-India distribution network to cover the whole expanse of the country. Having maintained several long lasting relations with their vendors combined with the company’s astute technological and logistic abilities IDS has been able to successfully carry out several bulk orders and machine installations taking place from time to time.
