Karnal (Haryana)-based Karnal Signage CFC has marked a significant step in its expansion into advanced digital textile and soft signage production with the installation of an EFI Reggiani NEXT 340+ digital textile printer from Arrow Digital Pvt Ltd. Under the leadership of Naresh Saluja, Karnal Signage CFC has consistently focused on strengthening its technology portfolio to remain competitive in the evolving soft signage and textile market. By investing in the EFI Reggiani NEXT 340+, Karnal Signage CFC is building a production environment designed to support a wider range of textile products while maintaining dependable quality and efficient operations. Sam Patel, CEO & MD of Arrow Digital Pvt. Ltd., says the textile printing industry is rapidly embracing digital transformation as brands and designers seek shorter production cycles and greater creative freedom. He adds, “EFI Reggiani NEXT 340+ has been engineered to provide industrial-level performance while maintaining the precision & colour vibrancy required for modern textile applications.”
Designed for industrial digital textile production, offering a maximum printing width of 340 cm, making it suitable for large-format textile graphics and decor applications, EFI Reggiani NEXT 340+ runs at the maximum speed up to 375sqm/hr. EFI’s medium-viscosity inks are formulated with a higher concentration of dye, meaning more pigment and less water content. This enables faster and more efficient drying while delivering stronger colour intensity and consistent print quality. As a result, EFI Reggiani NEXT 340+ system achieves significantly higher ink yields compared to many other conventional textile printers in the market. Additionally, this EFI printer is equipped with an advanced ink recovery system that captures and reuses ink typically lost during purging cycles.
