DM 1530 operates at the best maximum cutting speed of 50m/min with a working area of 1500x300mm. It’s compatible with wide varieties of materials, such as stainless steel, galvanized sheets, carbon steel, aluminum, and many other metals. New divided-area dust removing exhaust system is equipped with the machine, which in turn helps extract the dust and metal particles while it is running. It protects the laser equipment and keeps the entire workspace clean. When the cutting head moves, it will automatically trigger the extraction function in certain area and other cells will keep shutting down.
The laser system featured in the DM 1530 is an integrated cutting data base with parameters for many common materials and different material-cut conditions. The machine operator can make modifications to the cutting data base at the control panel. The cutting data base management software can enlist all the available material files or can be requested to display only those files that meet certain criteria. It means, DM 1530 is intelligent to display only those materials of a particular type or thickness that will fit in the process group.

This fibre laser system is known for its pioneering continuous, fast curve cutting and shortest processing path optimization. Equipped with the tube of 150W/300W, DM 1325 has working size of 1300x2500mm with optional 1500x3000mm. Bed and X-axis beam of the machine are made from 6mm steel, which ensure no deform and maintain high precision in the long-run. Even the racks and gears are grounded, wear resistant, and perfectly designed for high precision.
