Caterpillar Signs in Ahmedabad, a long-time customer of Arrow Digital, with its production facility already equipped with VUTEk GS3250LX Pro LED and Vutek 3360 EC printers, has recently upgraded the machine portfolio to a new high following the adoption of an EFI-Reggiani ReNOIR NEXT 340 textile printer. Nishant Shah from the company said the investment in the EFI-Reggiani system would extend their textile/soft signage printing jobs, covering new applications, such as exhibition backdrops, light boxes, flags, building wraps, tear drops, tents, durable outdoor displays and more.
Nishant also mentioned that the addition of EFI-Reggiani ReNOIR NEXT 340 into their portfolio is addition of another green technology in the machine line. “With this system, we will have a huge competitive advantage, powerful and sustainable platform to address the rapidly growing demand for soft signage and other textile applications. We will now be able to work with lightweight, polyester-based materials that offer environmental and logistical benefits, including easy and economical delivery and installations. EFI-Reggiani ReNOIR NEXT 340 can run at the speed up to 464 sqm/ hr featuring four-level grayscale printing with 4 to 72 pl drop sizes.

Yet another installation by Arrow Digital has taken place at Roop Graphics where installed a brand new Efi-Vutek LX3 Pro production LED printer. The company based in Delhi has been a long-time customer of Arrow Digital in North India, with its prestigious customers all over India. They were sole vendor that handled complete in-stadia signage at several select venues at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in New Delhi. Adoption of the new Efi VUTEk will provide them upgraded speeds and quality they need to increase volume and quality of graphic displays.
Sunil Arora, MD, Roop Graphics said they have been in the industry for decades, and they believe in the latest and the best technologies, which are green and eco-friendly. “We have very high profile corporate customers/brands that rely on our quality and turnaround times. We wanted a printer which is environment friendly, high production level with no compromise on quality. In our pursuit, we found Efi-Vutek LX3 Pro at Arrow Digital. Incredible speed and quality of the system impressed us,” he added.
EFI-VUTEk LX3 Pro features energy-efficient ‘cool cure’ LED curing technology, which requires much less heat than other UV or latex inkjet printers. The 3.2-meter-wide inkjet production printer also offers an extended-gamut ink set capable of delivering imaging quality comparable to eight-color, premium POP graphics using only four colors. The production-class LED inkjet graphics print engine speeds with fast throughput of up to 318 sq m/hr.
Sunil said quality, speed and flexibility are key features needed for them to compete in the market. In this, the new Efi-Vutek LX3 Pro delivers them all. The printer achieves its high quality through true 1000 dpi resolution with 12 pl, grayscale printheads. It (printer) is also a terrific addition that complements the company’s other existing machines, enhancing the overall capabilities, and with the excellent support from the after sale team of Arrow Digital. Sunil mentioned that they already looking at adding more printers from Arrow Digital in near future.
