Apsom all set to open its magical box at IPEX South Asia
At the upcoming IPEX South Asia 2007, everyone wants to bring
the best of their offerings and Apsom Technologies also has big plans
for this show. It will introduce its best and latest products range,
which includes CF2 series (CF2-T/TF/RT/TD/RC); Polajet; JF series
(JF-1610/JF-1631); and New JV5 series (JVS-130S / JVS-160S).
The newly launched JF series (JF-
1610/JF-1631) large format, UV
curable flatbed inkjet printers
have a versatility to print
dynamically on numerous
uncoated substrates like
corrugated plastics, acrylics and
uneven or irregular materials. A
high-resolution print of 1200x1200 dpi with 7 different dot sizes,
realize near photographic image quality, making it suitable for sign
and POP display graphics. The print speed varies as 8.4 m2/hr (4
pass); 10.1 m2/hr (8 pass); and 5.2 m2/hr (16 pass). Even 4-colour
mode realizes a non-grainy print, dot size of 6pl, sharp edges of
small texts and smooth skin tones can be created. With the additional
white ink option, JF series can print bright, vibrant colour even on
transparent or coloured media and with the newly developed clear
liquid, one can achieve a high gloss finish with
better colour fastness.
Polajet, the solvent based PS3206 is a 126 inch
print width, rollfed and sheetfed printer armed
with six spectra Nova 256/80AAA heads, which
gives high productivity and reliability. It offers 6-
colour CMYKLcLm solvent based pigment inks
with a resolution up to 720 dpi and print speed
up to 850 sqft/hr. It prints at high speed of 72m/
hour (max) on 3.2m wide media (6-colour,
720dpi) on sheet, flex, banner or mesh.
While the new JV5 series (JVS-130S/JVS-160S) product of Mimaki
Engineering Co Ltd, has dispelled the commonly held belief that, a
solvent printer could not achieve both high definition and quality
prints while maintaining vivid colours. It is indeed a revolutionary
printer capable of printing high quality image, 580x1080 dpi at 40
sqm or 430sqft/hour. Its one head consists of 8 lines of 180 nozzles,
4 times as many as the conventional head.
CF2 series (CF2-T/TF/RT/TD/RC) flatbed cutting plotter from
Mimaki is, capable of cutting varied kinds of media with high
accuracy, superior sharpness without a frame. CF2 is a very good
option to start up multi-type small lot production with
unprecedented quality.
