3P unveils green solutions for clean production

3P InkJet Textiles Corp has recently launched a new value line at IFAI Expo Trade Show in Las Vegas (October 3-5, 2007). In view of growing awareness of environmental protection 3P developed an eco-friendly and still economical fabric line for direct and transfer sublimation printing. The entire production chain is environmentally friendly and certified according to ISO 14001, the environmental management system and validated to the European Union Eco-Audit and Management Scheme (EMAS). Four different products of the value range, which are marked with “FR” and differ in weight and glance, comply with fire protection requirements according to DIN 4102 B1 (Germany) and NFPA 701 (USA). Because value products are compatible with solvent and UV curable inks as well by producing pretty good print results, they offer great flexibility to textile manufacturers who often use different technologies. Value fabrics are available in 60", 98", and 122" roll widths. Value Flag FR can also be delivered in 42", 54", and 72" inch widths.

Also, 3P InkJet Textiles AG announced that they are one of the global sales partners for Freudenberg Evolon printing media. The extremely hard-wearing, dimensional stable and durable textile material is suitable for all digital printing technologies and printable on both sides. Evolon fabrics offer ease-of-use with detailed printmaking and luscious colours as well as additional attributes like quick drying time, weatherand UV-resistance. Therefore, the wrinkle free material is optimally qualified for outdoor advertisement.
