ColorSpan 9840UV honoured at SGIA

MacDermid ColorSpan, Inc recently announced about their second Product of the Year award in the past three years. At the SGIA 2006 Show in Las Vegas, NV, the ColorSpan 9840UV was awarded the DPI Product-of-the-Year award in the flatbed rigid substrate output device category. Designed as an industrial UV flatbed inkjet printer, it can produce output up to 811 square feet per hour and print up to 98-inches wide on media up to 2.75-inches thick.

MacDermid’s ColorSpan 9840UV took home the award for best output from flatbed printers on rigid substrates. The image was 30" x 40" actual size and was printed on a sheet of Alcan GatorPlast.
