Extra strong and new clear cast laminate vinyl films from Hexis
Hexis SA, a major European manufacturer of pressure sensitive adhesive
media for digital printing and complete line of sign vinyl, has introduced
the new CSE25 and CSR25 extra strong white matt self-adhesive vinyl
films for solvent, eco-solvent and screen-printing. The CSR25 is a 200µm
vinyl and strong permanent adhesion make this film the ideal choice for
grained surfaces such as smoothened
concrete, rough paint finishes and other
difficult substrates. The CSE25 is a 200µm
vinyl combined with a removable adhesive
and a high release liner makes this film ideal
for temporary indoor applications. Application is so easy that even
untrained staff can apply the film without bubbles and greases. Within its
durability the film can be removed without significant adhesive residues.
Hexis also unveiled PC50MICP2, a 30µm optically clear gloss PVC
film, specially engineered for the lamination of micro-perforated
window films on vehicles. This extra thin vinyl film is optically clear
and comes on a transparent polyester liner. The advantages are highly
conformability and insensitivity to humidity changes. It features ease
of application and stay flat stability. The excellent visibility makes this
laminate the ideal choice for micro-perforated films. It is available in
roll size 1370mm wide by 30m long.
