Apsom Technologies brings in DGI FT-II-1804 inkjet printer

With the introduction of DGI-FT-II-1804 digital inkjet printer for transfer paper printing by Apsom Technologies (India) Pvt Ltd, the dye-sublimation market has been redefined with new business impetuses. Various reasons and inherent problems arising out of non-standard inks, absence of degassing system in digital printing have restrained various projects. This was also subdued with high cost of paper and ink and the good quality heat transfer machine being not so easily available. At the same time direct printing on polyester has also been envisaged which again had similar problems apart from fabric movement and fabric precoating being the major concern.

But the launch of DGI FTII-1804, all such problems have become history and with high speed printing, good quality standard inks, dye sub paper transfer industry is again rising up. This is aptly supported by the decreasing cost of paper and inks which are most important consumable for this technology. DGI FT-II-1804 printer is equipped with four highspeed Konica Minolta 1024 nozzle, 14 picoliter printheads giving it a top speed of 50 sq m/hr in 720x720 dpi resolution. Applications of the printer include saree and dress materials, T-shirt transfer, flag and banners, home furnishing. Epson launch es next-generation 64-inch eco-solvent printer

Designed perfectly for the production of posters, signs, banners, backlit panels, vehicle wraps, exhibition displays and more, Epson launched its next-generation 64-inch eco-solvent, offering PSPs the lowest cost of ownership. Epson SureColor SCS30670 is the first ever eco-solvent printer to use the proprietary Epson Micro Piezo Thin Film Piezo (TFP) printhead - engineered to deliver double the nozzle density with 720 nozzles per colour.

Along with the new printer, Epson also introduced a new set of eco-solvent inks— the cost-competitive four-ink Epson UltraChrome GS2. Combined with Epson’s advanced Look-Up Table (LUT) Technology and the superior Micro Piezo TFP print head, the printer produces high resolution, high quality and vibrant prints that are ideal for outdoor signage, wallpaper or advertising posters.




Poly Plast Corporation introduces an array of products

An authorised distributor of Wililux and Color Edge, Poly Plast Corporation based in New Delhi and Amritsar has recently introduced an array of new materials, such as LED modules, cast acrylic black-white sheet, light guide plate (LGP), fabrication aluminium coil, etc. The newly unpacked Wililux LED modules are of different dimensions ranging from 1.6 x 1.3 x 0.25 inch upto 3.46 x 0.63 x 0.23 inch available in three years warranty.

The new range of Color Edge materials from Poly Plast Corporation include cast acrylic black-white sheet available in thicknesses of 2.5 mm and 3.0 mm. These materials have the same fabricating properties as cast acrylics and its special coating produces a black effect during day and becomes white at night with illuminated light source. LGP in the product line is a high-tech backlit unit designed for liquid crystal displays. Last but not the least in the portfolio is the aluminium trim for hand crafted channel letters.

Newly introduced Sunjet Graphics decors for glass, wood and wall have expanded the product portfolio of Delhi-based Sun Sign & Technologies, offering new innovations to the interior graphics and displays. The easily changeable and replaceable Glass Décor films for new looks are designed in such a way to reduce eyestrain. Printable on inkjet or solvent printers, these films are available in 1m, 1.22 m and 1.52 m and application range include offices, restaurants, store fronts, ATM, shopping malls and hotels.
