Apsom introduces heat transfer application
The advent of digital textile printers and many other related solutions for textile printing has opened new vistas for the entrepreneurs and Apsom Technologies has taken one step further by providing customized heat transfer of printed media on to various readymade garments or fabrics itself.
The process is quite simple yet interesting and gives excellent results. The desired image is printed on to the heat transfer media using Mimaki JV3 - 160SP or Mimaki JV5 - 160S. This printed sheet is taken for contour cutting on Mimaki CG-FX series of cutting plotters. Once cut, the sticker is picked up using the application tape from the media and positioned on the garment or the fabric at the desired location.
The garment along with the heat transfer media and application tape is subjected to a high temperature heating and pressure for few seconds. In just few seconds, the printed garment or the fabric is ready for further use. For more info, email at:
