AXYZ Automation launches ICS

AXYZ Automation, a world leader in CNC routers has introduced a new product in its ever-expanding line of cutting solutions called ICS (Intelligent Cutting Solutions). This unique product, which is powered by I-cut of USA and is developed by a team of industry leading application engineers, provides a new and innovative solution for the growing and changing digital printing and PoP display manufacturing industry.

AXYZ ICS allows a commercial sign maker, or digital printing house to pursue a new line of business. The unique feature of this system is a digital camera fitted next to the spindle of a CNC Router. Digitally printed jobs can be placed on the bed of the machine and the camera will automatically adjust all the shapes and ensure a highly accurate cut to print. All linear and nonlinear distortion that may occur during printing is taken care of, ensuring a cut that is exactly to the “bleed line.”

A wide range of materials like ACP, acrylic, PVC, plywood, MDF and more can be cut or routed to suit any customer needs, all machines have a gantry clearance of 6 inches. It can be retrofitted on to any existing AXYZ CNC Router.
