Established in the year 2007, Trinity has been a big name with its expertise lying in design and development of a range of solvent, eco-solvent and aqueous printing inks and others. The convergence of technologies and evolution of new products in the Indian signage market had instilled the company to instigate its own ink manufacturing plant. “Earlier we traded a range of products from the US and Chinese market,” mentions Amar while explaining how the company eventually devoted to fulfill the critical requirements for technological advances, colour management and others across the country with the introduction of its own brand.

Utmost facility

Delivering around 30,000 litres per month all over India through its 17 distributors located in every nook and corner of the country, Trinity boasts of its state-of-the-art laboratory handled by a team of highly skilled technical staff who continually improvise the advancement of ink technology and colour palette. “Today, cost-effective print production continues to challenge printers as more and more customers demand quality and competitive prices,” affirms Amar. The company is now eyeing broader presence in the global market with its sales and distribution offices based in the overseas destinations like the US market.

Significant R&D work has been done to enhance the ink range as it would help the features and capabilities of the products fitting into the characteristics of specific system. “In close co-ordination with our clients and vendors, we develop our inks to achieve compatibility with specific system in consideration,” mentions Amar. Be it quality, performance, applicability or anything else, Trinity maintains it with a difference!

Quality assurance

If it is a concern over ‘high quality’ and ‘customer value’, Trinity inks are deserved for both. The company’s R&D center guarantees high quality, reliable and outstanding outputs on any given digital media. Since the company undergoes extensive tests of flash point, surface tension, viscosity, particle size, drying rate, colour strength, shade and gloss, Seiko printheads machines installed at its lab determine quality before sending the products off to the market.

“Trinity’s manufacturing plant was built in the highest industry quality standard and our quality control process is one of the most comprehensive methodologies. Every batch of our ink is tested on an actual printer in the laboratory as well as in the real production facility,” elucidates Amar.

Future perfect

Trinity is now pacing forward with an aim to magnify its overall business in near future. As part of the move, the company is foraying into textile, reactive and T-shirt printing inks, which would be followed by ceramic inks in the next level development. “Our foray into these varied array of textile and UV inks would be through joint collaboration with some overseas partners,” says Amar mentioning further that the company will mostly be acquiring UV technology by July-end this year. It’s sure that everyone in the industry is keen to grab Trinity’s textile inks to be launched on trial by March-end!
