FuturePrint 2019 concluded exceeding expectations of exhibitors and visitors alike
Crowded corridors and qualified horde of visitors at the 29th edition of FuturePrint indicated why the expo is the most important event in Latin America for the signage, textile printing and screen printing sectors. More than 40 thousand visitors from different countries visited the expo, which was held from July 10-13 at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo and had a handful of exhibitors from India presenting and promoting ‘Made in India’ products.
FuturePrint 2019 received more than 40 thousand visitors who wanted to learn about technological innovations, trends and acquire knowledge on the signage, textile and screen printing sectors. This is the first year the fair was held under the name FuturePrint, which emerges as an evolution of the traditional title Serigrafia SIGN FutureTEXTIL. The new concept was introduced with more relevant content, innovations, information exchange and practical demonstrations, which were able to generate business opportunities from unique experiences, promoted by the attractions on display at the fair.
“At FuturePrint, visitors were able to learn more about techniques and solutions brought by exhibitors. The fair grew significantly, with more than 40 new exhibitors, an area increase of about 28 percent, in addition to international pavilions,” said the event director, Liliane Bortoluci.
One of the major milestones of this edition was the presence of a well-qualified audience, who visited the booths during the four days in search of machines that would help increase their companies’ production capacity, ensuring better market quality.
Celebrating 10 years at the fair, Mimaki noticed the quality of the audience attending this edition, which arrived at the event prepared and driven to seek technological solutions to meet their needs. In its eighth participation at FuturePrint, EPSON Brazil promoted an unprecedented action, believing in the potential of the fair and the Brazilian market.
Celebrating 30 years in 2020
The optimism of this year’s FuturePrint edition already motivated the preparation of FuturePrint’s 30th commemorative edition, which is scheduled for 2020 from July 22-25 at the same venue.
FuturePrint 2019 witnessed a league of Indian exhibitors which included some of the leading ink and media manufacturers such as Trinity, Pioneer, Super Sign, Sunlex Fabrics, Megasign and Qrex Flex. Trinity showcased its range of aqueous and eco-solvent inks. Likewise, Pioneer presented its portfolio of printing media. Each of them promoted brand ‘India’ at the expo presenting their ‘Made in India’ products.
